Why we made the product:

Warranties and service contracts are key consumer protections—yet, most companies automatically deny warranty claims the first time they're made. Whether it's a home warranty or product repair claim, these companies argue every possible reason to refuse the payment and drag the case on for months, leading most consumers to simply give up.

Consumers deserve to claim their rightful warranties. Which is why DoNotPay has created a new product that enables users to 1) claim any warranty for their home, car, or any purchase, and 2) appeal denied warranty claims.

1. Claim a Home Warranty

DoNotPay will automatically file a claim (or "service request") for users who have extended home warranties. All you have to do is:

  1. Open the DoNotPay Claim Warranty product and choose "Home Warranty"
  2. Select your home warranty provider and describe the issues your experiencing / which appliance needs repair
  3. DoNotPay will automatically submit a claim on your behalf. A service contractor will then reach out to you to schedule a maintenance appointment.

2. Claim a Car Warranty

DoNotPay can help you claim a car warranty, whether it's with an extended car warranty provider or the original manufacturer. All you have to do is:

  1. Choose whether or not you have an extended car warranty.
  2. Select your car warranty provider if you have one. If not, enter your car's Make and Model.
  3. Describe the issues you're experiencing in full detail.
  4. If you have an extended car warranty, DoNotPay will automatically submit a claim on your behalf to get your repair covered. If you're filing a claim with the original manufacturer, DoNotPay will schedule a maintenance appointment on your behalf with the closest car dealership near you.

3. Claim a Warranty on a Purchased Product

If you ever purchase a defective product or a product stops working, DoNotPay can help you claim the warranty and get it repaired or refunded.

  1. Open the DoNotPay Claim Warranty product and choose "Warranty on a Purchased Item"
